Kunihiko Ishibashi

As the proverb says, “horses for courses”

[ So, whether your new business venture begins as a promising ‘slow-burn’,
or immediately rockets profitably towards a stock-market listing, our team will always be ready to assist along your journey to success. ]
The benefit of asking professionals is that you can save time and proceed withthe support of  collaborators.
For those of you becoming business owners, time is just as important as money.

A very famous proverb is... “Procrastination is the thief of time!”
Another famous saying is, "Time is money," which comes from Benjamin
Franklin's letter, Advice to a Young Tradesman, written in 1748.

( For a business owner, setting up a company is merely the beginning — the end goal is the ultimate success of the business.
To get your business on track as quickly as possible, you need to use your time efficiently and create a system and culture that maximizes profit.
( This means effectively utilizing / input and /cooperation from others.)

(For example, even if you type faster than your secretary, you should leave that work to your staff and focus on tasks that generate higher hourly value.
You can also use housekeeping services to free up your time for more creative endeavors.)
Also, regarding transportation, by using airplanes or bullet trains, you can create more time for yourself.

日本での会社設立のハードル

Establishing a company in Japan comes with several hurdles, such as language barriers, verifications, and a large volume of paperwork.

Company Formation Procedures - Official Documents:

Japanese official documents can be really challenging. For example, with mobile phones, just looking at the terms and conditions can be overwhelming due to the difficult expressions and many kanji characters, not to mention the
sheer volume, which can make reading them a daunting task.
Everyone has probably had this experience once or twice.
Creating official documents requires actual writing work, which takes a lot of time and effort.
When registering a company, you will need to fill out over 10 types of documents.
